Other CodePlex FxCop and StyleCop projects...

I've had FxCop (http://jslfxcop.codeplex.com/) and StyleCop (http://jslfxcop.codeplex.com/) projects on CodePlex for a long time now. It doesn't look like we overlap at all. You might find interesting how I am unit testing both my FxCop and StyleCop rules.

I think FxCop and StyleCop are both incredible tools that are not being used to their potential. It is especially usefull in companies like mine where we have a large application framework. I've written a number of custom FxCop rules (probably over 100) that are specific to issues we have found in our own software.

Hi Jeff, thank you for your interesting reply, I am certainly going to check out the projects soon. I cross fingers for your JslFxCop and JslStyleCop.

Yes, I am pretty excited about FxCop and StyleCop, they pretty much helps to solve the issues developers deal with every day as well as it provides solid framework to write custom rules. I guess, they try to avoid headaches while reading someone else's code :-) I would also like to share here with every day problems and try to make rules to avoid them, as it seems to be the best way to create new ones at the moment.
